Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UV Machine Operator to operate and manage UV printing machines for signage, branding, graphics, and other print production requirements. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UV printing and be able to maintain print quality and production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate UV flatbed/roll-to-roll printing machines.
- Set up machines, load materials, and execute printing jobs as per specifications.
- Adjust print settings, resolution, ink, and color parameters.
- Monitor print quality and ensure accurate output.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and printing issues.
- Handle materials such as ACP, acrylic, PVC, foam board, glass, vinyl, etc.
- Maintain production records and monitor material/ink usage.
- Coordinate with the Design and Production teams for timely completion of jobs.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean production area.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a UV Machine Operator.
- Experience in signage, branding, digital printing, or similar industries preferred.
- Good knowledge of UV printing processes, materials, and print quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine-related issues.
- Good attention to detail and color accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
