Sales & Marketing Executive – Kartik India Manpower Pvt. Ltd.
Kartik India Manpower Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business leads and acquire clients from the private sector for our manpower, recruitment, staffing, housekeeping, and security services. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client meetings, lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business leads through field visits and networking.
* Visit companies, factories, hospitals, schools, colleges, warehouses, and corporate offices to identify manpower requirements.
* Meet HR Managers, Admin Heads, and decision-makers to promote company services.
* Convert leads into business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up with prospective clients.
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
* Submit daily visit and lead generation reports.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
* Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
* Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, or manpower services will be preferred.
