Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the Oil & Gas, Engineering, or EPC industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with consultants and external recruitment agencies when required.
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
