Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the purchasing team for stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or jewellery retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
