Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Enterprise and SME segments within the System Integration domain.
This role requires a deep understanding of solution-based selling, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities with Enterprise and SME clients across
various verticals.
● Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security,
Networking, and Managed Services solutions.
● Work closely with the technical and pre-sales team to design and present tailored
solutions that address client needs.
● Lead complete sales cycles — from lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation,
negotiation, to closure.
● Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in
client organizations.
● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets and business
growth.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings.
● Maintain accurate reporting through CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and
updates to management.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the System
Integration/IT Solutions domain.
● Proven track record of handling Enterprise and SME clients successfully.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and solution-based selling.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
● Existing network in the Enterprise/SME space.
● Experience with CRM tools and reporting systems.
● Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
