We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
