Hiring: Sales Executive – Sonalika Tractor Showroom (Medchal)
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at the Sonalika Tractor Showroom in Medchal.
Job Role:
- Conduct daily field visits to meet farmers and potential customers
- Explain tractor features, benefits, and financing options
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build strong relationships with local farmers and customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in automobile/agriculture sector)
- Bike is mandatory for field visits
- Candidate must be a local resident of Medchal or nearby areas
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory for field communication
- Good communication and convincing skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
- Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided
- Attractive incentives based on performance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
