Interact with Customer to Understand their needs and recommend suitable product
Ensure proper billing and documentation
Responsible for showroom operations like
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product arrangement
- Coordinate with backend/store teams for stock availability
- Identify and report damaged or slow-moving stock
Address customer queries and concerns politely
Maintain daily enquiry and transaction records
Update customer data and follow-up details
