- 0–1 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or client servicing is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues or service requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet customer service quality standards and response time targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada Language.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Educational Qualification
- 10th Pass / PUC
- Diploma candidates with good communication skills may also apply.

Rs 15,000 to Rs 18,000
