Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with 3.5+ years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. The candidate must have experience working with ERP software and should be capable of handling vendor coordination, purchase orders, quotations, and material procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Purchase building materials and construction-related materials as per requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Update purchase entries and records in ERP software.
- Track material orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the site, stores, accounts, and project teams for material requirements.
- Verify material quantity, rates, invoices, and delivery details.
- Maintain proper purchase and vendor documentation.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Building Materials / Construction Industry preferred.
- ERP software experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and departments.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
