Hair Technical Trainer – Lammy Academy
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Hair Technical Trainer to join our team at Lammy Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in professional hair services along with the ability to educate, mentor, and inspire aspiring hairstylists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and theoretical training in professional hairdressing techniques.
- Conduct demonstrations and hands-on training sessions in haircuts, hair coloring, chemical treatments, styling, and finishing techniques.
- Train students on consultation methods, hair analysis, product knowledge, and salon hygiene standards.
- Guide students in developing technical precision, creativity, and client-handling skills.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure modern and relevant education.
- Support students in building confidence and preparing for successful careers in the salon industry.
- Maintain training materials, classroom discipline, and professional learning standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a hairstylist, hair educator, or technical trainer.
- Must have completed a professional hairdressing course, diploma, or certification from a recognized institution.
- Strong technical knowledge in:
- Haircutting techniques
- Hair coloring and color correction
- Hair treatments and hair care
- Chemical services including smoothing, keratin, and perming
- Blow-drying, styling, and finishing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to teach and simplify technical concepts for students with different learning levels.
- Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a passion for education and mentoring.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and salon industry standards will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
