Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals for a combined US IT Sales Recruiter / OPT Recruiter role. The candidate will be responsible for US business development, client requirement generation, consultant marketing, and OPT candidate placements in the US IT staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
US IT Sales / Business Development
Generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market
Acquire direct clients and staffing requirements for contract/permanent hiring
Perform cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, hiring managers, and vendors
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
OPT Recruitment / Consultant Marketing
Source OPT/CPT/H1B candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal database
Market consultants to vendors and clients for open requirements
Coordinate interviews, submissions, and follow-ups
Maintain strong consultant relationships and regular communication
Track submissions, interviews, and placements
Required Skills
Experience in US IT staffing / recruitment
Knowledge of US visa types: OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in US time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Existing US client or vendor network
Experience in direct client acquisition
Immediate joiners preferred
