Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
- Explain company services and offerings in a professional manner.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, or messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer information.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, sales calling, or customer service.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
