Job Summary
The US Process Operations Executive will be responsible for providing operational support to multiple restaurant locations across the United States during US business hours. This role acts as the communication bridge between restaurant managers, vendors, franchise partners, and the corporate office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication with US-based teams.
Restaurant Operations
- Monitor daily restaurant operations across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with Restaurant General Managers regarding operational issues.
- Track store opening and closing compliance.
- Follow up on maintenance requests until resolution.
- Monitor service quality and operational performance.
- Ensure operational SOPs are followed across locations.
Vendor & Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors for equipment repairs.
- Schedule preventive maintenance.
- Follow up on service requests and completion timelines.
- Maintain vendor communication records.
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Assist stores with inventory ordering.
- Coordinate with approved suppliers.
- Monitor inventory shortages and urgent requirements.
- Support new product rollouts.
Franchise & Corporate Support
- Assist in implementing corporate initiatives.
- Track operational compliance.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate between India and US corporate teams.
Customer Experience
- Monitor customer complaints received through various platforms.
- Coordinate with store management for timely resolution.
- Maintain customer issue logs.
- Escalate critical concerns when required.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track KPIs such as sales, labor, food cost, customer complaints, and operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation.
- Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements.
Administrative Support
- Manage operational documentation.
- Schedule meetings with US teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain operational databases and trackers.

Qualifications

- Experience supporting US clients or US business operations is preferred.
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is an advantage.
Working Hours
- US Shift (Night Shift – India)
- Five/Six-day working week as per company policy.
- Availability during weekends or holidays, if required.
