Location: Gurugram / Noida
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Qualification: B.Com Mandatory
We are hiring for a Non-Voice Analyst role for candidates from a BFSI background who have experience in backend operations, data handling, reporting, or transaction processing.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a day shift environment and should possess good analytical and Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle backend/non-voice operational tasks
- Analyze and verify financial or operational data
- Maintain reports, MIS, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and data management
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Perform data validation and quality checks
- Maintain process compliance and documentation standards
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable working in backend/non-calling profile
