Qualification
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards (PCBs).
- Perform component-level repair using soldering and desoldering techniques.
- Identify faulty electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, and connectors.
- Read and interpret circuit schematics, board views, and signal flow diagrams.
- Use testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and continuity testers.
- Replace defective electronic components while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform functional testing after repair.
- Maintain repair records and follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and quality requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Electronics & Communication fundamentals.
- Understanding of electronic components and their functions.
- Basic knowledge of PCB troubleshooting.
- Hands-on soldering and desoldering skills (preferred).
- Ability to read schematics and board-view files.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
