We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to support our lead generation activities. This is a part-time role, ideal for students, fresh graduates, homemakers, or individuals looking for flexible working hours.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Introduce Econz's products and services to potential clients.

Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.

Schedule appointments for the Sales team.

Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details.

Meet daily and monthly calling targets.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
