The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience & will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of performance-driven campaigns, ensuring a balance between massive scale and high-quality delivery. Extensive experience in the delivery of performance campaigns is mandatory.
Technical Integration: Manage the technical lifecycle of a campaign, including integration via MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), Pixels, and S2S APIs.
Scaling & Quality Control: Drive horizontal and vertical scaling of campaigns while maintaining strict quality benchmarks to ensure high-performance delivery.
Platform Operations: Utilize performance tracking software (such as Everflow, Affise, or Trackier) to monitor traffic, manage payouts, and optimize delivery.
Data Attribution: Apply deep knowledge of SubID-based attribution to track performance at a granular level and ensure accurate internal reporting.
Platform Management: Navigate and operate 3rd-party self-serve platforms and DSPs to reach target audiences effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Strong operating knowledge of tracking integrations (API, Pixel) and mobile measurement partners (MMP).
Tracking Software: Hands-on experience executing campaigns within Everflow, Affise, Trackier, or similar performance tracking ecosystems.
Analytical Skills: Expert-level understanding of attribution logic, particularly SubID parameters and post-back configurations.
Regional Expertise: Experience managing campaigns within the MENA region is a significant added advantage.
