Factory Executive – Modular & Furniture

About the Role
FOID is looking for a Factory Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day Modular / furniture production activities. The role involves production planning, material tracking, quality checks, workforce coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of furniture as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and factory operations.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams.
- Track raw materials, inventory, and production schedules.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing.
- Follow up on production timelines and delivery commitments.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, Furniture Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or factory operations.
- Good knowledge of furniture production processes and materials.
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting.
