Looking for Business Development (Sales) Intern
About the internship:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our sales team in promoting FinGrad's financial education products and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, & other outreach methods.
2. Explain FinGrad's courses, webinars, and educational programs to prospective customers.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions based on their needs.
4. Handle customer queries and objections professionally to drive conversions.
5. Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
6. Track leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
8. Support sales campaigns and contribute towards achieving business targets.
Other Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
3. Ability to interact confidently with diverse audiences.
4. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
6. Ability to work from the office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
