Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, switches, and networking equipment.
- Installation and commissioning support for CCTV systems.
- Diagnose faults in IP cameras, analog cameras, fiber network, power supply, and structured cabling.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Configure IP addresses, network settings, remote viewing, and recording systems.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within timeline.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
- Check camera recording status, storage health, and network connectivity.
- Support in fiber optic and LAN troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper documentation and customer sign-off after service completion.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
