* Generate new business and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Build relationships with wedding clients, corporate clients, event planners, and business partners.
* Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and achieve sales targets.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.
* Coordinate with creative, social media, and digital marketing teams.
* Build partnerships, attend networking events, exhibitions, and explore new business opportunities.
* Maintain long-term client relationships, CRM records, and ensure excellent customer experience.
* Monitor sales and marketing performance, prepare reports, and recommend growth strategies.
