Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day import operations and ensure smooth execution of inbound shipments.
- Update shipment status, KPIs, and operational data in the system accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate closely with the MAA team and internal stakeholders for seamless shipment execution and closure.
- Handle airport field operations and monitor end-to-end customer airport activities.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and cargo movement in line with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and airport authorities to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support issue resolution to minimize delays and maintain service standards.
