About the Role
Fitbird Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to support business development in the aviation, defence, infrastructure, and engineering sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, interacting with clients, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the execution of engineering projects.
This position is ideal for engineering graduates who have an interest in marketing and business development. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Aeronautical, Computer Science, or equivalent).
- Candidates with other equivalent technical qualifications may also apply.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in technical marketing, business development, engineering projects, aviation, defence, infrastructure, or industrial sectors will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in aviation, defence, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, government departments, PSUs, airports, and defence establishments.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to develop customer specific solutions.
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, exhibitions, and project presentations.
- Monitor tenders, enquiries, and upcoming business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in contract negotiations and project coordination.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities across India as required.
- Contribute towards achieving business growth and sales targets.
Desired Skills
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Interest in technical marketing and business development.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and technical products.
- Ability to prepare technical proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
- Self motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
