Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Trivandrum/kollam
Reports to: VP Sales
Desired Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales & marketing, with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership.
- Must be a graduate.
- Ability to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent business networking and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern business practice and digital orientation.
- Customer centricity and quality orientation.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial and non-financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall guidance to the sales team for the effective implementation of sales strategy and performance.
- Create and drive a strategic business plan, ensuring growth in market share & business volumes through demand generation.
- Be the custodian of the overall P&L management of the sales division for the region.
- Drive innovative customer satisfaction and retention programs to deliver a greater customer delight index.
- Analysis of sales revenue, volume, market share, etc. of the region to formulate marketing & sales strategies and take appropriate midcourse correction.
- Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships operations and customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
