Human Resources & Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes through various hiring platforms and sourcing channels.
Coordinate employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll support using MS Excel and HRIS systems.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
Ensure implementation and compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Manage statutory compliance activities including ESI, PF, Welfare Fund, and other employee-related statutory requirements.
Coordinate employee leave schedules and maintain attendance records accurately.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve workplace morale and productivity.
Assist in conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations within the organization.
Training & Development
Conduct employee development and business development training programs.
Support performance appraisal systems and employee performance monitoring activities.
Motivate employees to improve productivity, teamwork, and monthly sales performance.
Operations & Team Coordination
Ensure smooth communication between staff, management, and store teams for efficient operations.
Monitor daily activities and workflow of all departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Supervise and follow up on floor managers’ checklists and staff operational checklists.
Provide operational and administrative support to management as required.
Coordinate team activities and ensure proper execution of assigned responsibilities.
Sales & Business Support
Contribute to increasing monthly sales through effective employee motivation and coordination.
Maintain and follow up on income tracking from different brands and business segments.
Calculate employee incentives and ensure timely distribution of brand incentives.
Support strategic workforce planning aligned with organizational business objectives.
