We are looking for a skilled Laptop Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops from leading brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and Apple (basic support). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, component replacement, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Repair and replace laptop components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboards, batteries, displays, touchpads, fans, speakers, and motherboards (basic level).
- Install and configure Windows 10/11 and required software applications.
- Perform BIOS updates and firmware upgrades.
- Format, reinstall, and configure operating systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Diagnose charging, overheating, display, boot, and performance issues.
- Install antivirus software and Windows updates.
- Recover user data when required.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for warranty repairs.
- Maintain repair records, service reports, and spare inventory.
- Ensure timely completion of repair requests while meeting service quality standards.

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
