We are seeking a dedicated BSc Nurse to take on the role of Floor Coordinator at WellPhy. This position involves supervising floor operations, coordinating with nursing and support staff, and ensuring smooth delivery of patient care in a physiotherapy and rehabilitation setting (non-surgical). The role requires an active and responsible individual who can efficiently manage staff and ensure smooth floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead and supervise GDAs, ANMs, and GNMs, ensuring proper coordination and task execution
- Act as the communication bridge between on-ground staff and management
- Maintain high standards of patient care and overall service quality
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and allocate responsibilities effectively
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational protocols
- Coordinate with the physiotherapy team to support rehabilitation services
- Address patient concerns promptly and ensure a positive care experience
- Maintain discipline on the floor and foster a collaborative work environment
- Identify, mediate, and resolve staff or patient-related conflicts in a professional manner
- Escalate critical issues to management with proper documentation when required.
- Mentor and guide staff through regular training sessions and meetings to enhance skills, performance, and professional development
Eligibility Criteria:
- BSc Nursing (mandatory)
- Prior experience in hospital or rehabilitation center coordination preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
