Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various initiatives and events.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
