Metaacare Interiors is a leading Furniture production & Interior fit-out company head quartered at Trivandrum, Kerala with operations based in multiple locations. We are seeking a capable candidate for the role of Senior Marketing Manager to manage the marketing and sales activities of the company. Our ideal candidate should have good experience in handling various Marketing strategies, planning and processes.
8 years experience in Marketing field is preferred. Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with experience in modular/interior fit out furniture . Age preferably less than 42 years
The qualification needed is MBA in Marketing/ PG Diploma in Marketing / Digital Marketing . Diploma or Degree in Interior design or Architecture will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
Develops and executes strategies to promote the company’s products, services, or brand, driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
Generate sales and continuosly do market research, campaign management, budget allocation, team leadership.
He should act as a liaison between sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital and traditional platforms.
Lead, mentor, and train marketing staff, while coordinating with product development and sales teams.
