What you'll do:
- Manage daily store operations, from opening to closing
- Lead, train, and motivate the in-store team to hit sales targets
- Ensure world-class customer experience and service standards
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Track store performance and drive footfall-to-sales conversion
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or premium retail preferred
- Comfortable with basic reporting and inventory management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
