The Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who has lived and breathed SaaS marketing and product-led growth. You've worked at a company where the product itself was the primary acquisition channel — and you've built, optimized, and scaled the marketing engine around it.
If you've marketed WordPress plugins, themes, SaaS tools, or any digital product with a freemium or self-serve model — this role was made for you.
What You'll Own
- Design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across SEO, paid, email, affiliates, and content
- Build and optimize PLG funnels: free → trial → paid → retention
- Own channel performance: improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Run A/B and multivariate experiments to validate growth hypotheses
- Monitor performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Semrush, and Ahrefs
- Scale affiliate and creator partnerships with strategic campaigns
- Coordinate product launches across channels end-to-end
- Mentor junior marketers and guide cross-functional execution
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 4–9 years of digital/growth marketing experience
- Proven experience marketing a SaaS product or digital product (plugin, app, platform, theme)
- Hands-on experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment
- Strong grasp of conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution
- Proficiency in GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, UTM tracking
- Excellent analytical thinking — you make decisions with data
Great to Have:
- Experience marketing WordPress themes or plugins
- Knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem (Elementor, WooCommerce, Gutenberg)
- Experience with email automation, lifecycle marketing, or affiliate programs
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing workflows
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Growth in product signups and activated users.
- Improvement in trial-to-paid and visitor-to-signup conversion rates.
- Increased product revenue and expansion revenue.
- Reduced Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Improved retention and engagement metrics.
- Growth of affiliate, partnership, and creator-driven revenue.
- Successful execution of product launches and feature adoption campaigns.
- Improved team efficiency and timely campaign execution.
