- To welcome and greet customers courteously and with smile.
- To serve customers as per the decided priority (appointed,walk-in,complaint customer)
- To address customers queries.
- To arrange refreshments and other amenities to make customers comfortable.
- To ensure allocation of service advisor to customer within the stipulated time.
- Guide customer to the service advisor’s desk.
- Daily, weekly, monthly report.
- Preparing and maintaining daily reports related to entry and exit of vehicles turned up in workshop.
- Keep record of pick up and drop allocation.
- Ensure customer lounge area is neat and in proper condition.
- Ensure daily collection of customer feedback forms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
