Key Responsibilities
Concept & Campaign Development
● Develop visual directions for Brand experiences, and marketing initiatives.
● Translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling, mood boards, and key visuals.
● Brainstorm and build integrated campaigns in collaboration with creative, strategy, and client teams.
● Communicate design concepts confidently with clear rationale to internal teams and clients.
Design Execution
● Create Layouts, storyboards, website visuals, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and campaign assets.
● Design high-quality presentation creatives.
● Build visual systems including typography, layout, Color palette, and design language.
● Interpret brand guidelines and evolve visual identities when required.
● Maintain strong design consistency, finish quality, and attention to detail across all outputs.
Collaboration & Coordination
● Co-ordinate with writers, designers, and client servicing teams to align visuals with messaging and strategy.
● Work closely with digital, branding, and production teams for seamless project execution.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
● Contribute to experiential, environmental, or spatial visualization when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.
● Expertise in layout, typography, composition, and brand visual language creation.
● Ability to build a visual direction from an idea or brief.
● Strong mood boarding, research, and reference development skills.
● Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design rationale.
● High attention to detail and strong design aesthetics.
Technical Skills
● Skilled in print media, website layouts, banner ads, social media creatives, and visualization.
● Understanding of latest design trends, web standards, and industry practices.
Experience Requirements
● 3–5 years of experience in creative agencies.
● Experience working on integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
● Agency background in branding, advertising, or digital creative environments.
● Exposure to experiential or spatial design is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
