Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding documentation. The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to close positions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and filter candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of interview techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
