Key Responsibilities(0-2 years Experience)
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and cold calling.
- Meet potential clients in person to present company IT solutions such as software, websites, digital marketing, cloud services, hardware, or AMC services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and maintain regular visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, closures, and payments in CRM or reports.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for successful project delivery.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and client handling.
- Confidence in face-to-face client meetings.
- Basic understanding of IT products/services.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple language.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Good time management and route planning skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections positively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).
- Experience in sales, field sales, or B2B sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Must own bike/two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for field role).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
