Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Explain our IT & technology solutions clearly to prospects
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details
- Convert enquiries into qualified business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Technical/IT sector
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of IT products/services
- Confident and professional personality
- Ability to handle client queries over calls
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
