About the Company: The company is an international manufacturer and supplier of lighting solutions. Its expertise lies in the development and manufacturing of general and special-purpose lighting products for offices, industries, outdoor spaces, retail outlets, sports facilities, architectural projects, horticulture applications, and residential use.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform assembly, manufacturing, and packaging activities as assigned.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
- Conduct visual inspection of products to maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies, production processes, and quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement activities and team objectives.
- Work effectively and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production operation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
