Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards while coordinating with customers, designers, vendors, site supervisors, and installation teams.
The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the execution phase and ensure a seamless project delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete execution of residential interior projects from handover to final installation.
- Prepare project execution plans and monitor timelines.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Production, Procurement, Vendors, and Installation teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure site readiness before installation.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve execution issues.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor project budgets and control execution costs.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and installation guidelines.
- Handle customer communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate snag closure and final project handover.
- Ensure safety practices are followed at project sites.

Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- Modular kitchens and wardrobes
- Residential interior execution
- Site measurement and validation
- False ceiling, painting, electrical and plumbing coordination
- Plywood, MDF, HDHMR, particle board and laminates
- Hardware including hinges, channels, drawer systems and accessories
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Material planning and inventory coordination
- Installation standards and quality checks
- Vendor and contractor coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management are an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in residential interior execution or modular furniture projects.
- Experience managing multiple interior projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in interior design companies, modular furniture brands, or construction firms is preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
