We are looking for dynamic Field Sales professionals to drive retailer activation, mechanic engagement, and secondary sales growth in assigned territories. This role involves market visits, relationship building, and channel development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Activate new retail outlets and facilitate initial billing through the authorized distributor network with support from the local sales team.
* Drive mechanic engagement and participation in loyalty programs to generate demand and increase product movement.
* Execute retailer meets, mechanic meets, and market activation activities as per the program calendar.
* Escalate distributor, retailer, or mechanic-related issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Market Development.
* Experience in Auto Components, Automotive Aftermarket, Friction Parts or Spare Parts Mandatory
* Experience in Passenger Car (PC) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) segments will be preferred.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills.
* Comfortable with field travel and app-based reporting.
* Valid driving license required; own two-wheeler preferred.
