Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who has hands-on experience with Shopify store management. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, website updates, and overall marketplace coordination to ensure smooth online business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, images, pricing.
- Manage and maintain the Shopify website on a daily basis.
- Handle inventory management and stock updates.
- Coordinate order processing, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking.
- Monitor website performance and ensure smooth user experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Optimize product pages for better visibility and conversions.
- Manage collections, categories, banners, and website content updates.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure all products and website content are accurate and up to date.
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Shopify store management.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience working with online marketplaces is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
