Job Title: Property Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our rooms/lodge, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations
- Ensure rooms are clean, ready, and well-maintained
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and complaints
- Supervise front office and housekeeping staff
- Monitor occupancy and improve bookings
- Maintain records, billing, and basic accounts
- Ensure staff discipline and daily meetings
- Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree
- Experience in hotel/lodge management preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / billing software)
- Ability to handle guests professionally

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
