We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills with experience in cold calling and sales communication. The role involves interacting with customers, generating leads, handling follow-ups, and achieving sales targets professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the team for smooth sales operations
Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling and sales communication
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts according to Australian working hours.
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of experience preferred
