Main Job Role
The HR Executive will be responsible for coordinating with Branch Heads and the General Manager to identify manpower requirements, schedule interviews, and ensure the timely filling of vacancies across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all Branch Heads and the General Manager to identify current and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Collect and maintain updated information on vacancies across approximately 30 branches.
- Prepare and maintain a branch-wise vacancy and manpower requirement report.
- Coordinate the complete recruitment process, including:
- Candidate sourcing
- Shortlisting
- Interview scheduling
- Interview coordination
- Candidate follow-up
- Selection confirmation
- Joining coordination
- Schedule interviews with Branch Heads, Department Heads, GM, and Management as required.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until the joining process is completed.
- Ensure all approved vacancies are filled within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with Branch Heads regarding the status of selected candidates and new joiners.
- Follow up with candidates who do not attend interviews or fail to join after selection.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager and GM regarding critical and long-pending vacancies.
- Support recruitment for Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Accounts, Administration, and other dealership positions.
- Maintain proper records of all interviewed and selected candidates.
Primary Responsibility
The main responsibility of the HR Executive is to coordinate with all Branch Heads and the General Manager, identify manpower vacancies across all branches, arrange and coordinate interviews, and ensure that approved vacancies are filled within the required time.
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
