Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Gaming Admin to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gaming arena. The ideal candidate will ensure all gaming equipment is operational, deliver excellent customer service, manage billing and bookings, maintain inventory, and support marketing activities to create an exceptional gaming experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities Gaming Operations
- Ensure all gaming PCs, consoles, simulators, and VR equipment are operational before opening.
- Check and maintain gaming peripherals such as keyboards, mouse, headsets, and controllers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues when required.
- Ensure gaming equipment's, VR devices, and controllers are charged and ready for use.
- Monitor internet connectivity and overall gaming environment.
Customer Service
- Welcome customers and assist them with game selection and bookings.
- Help customers with game setup, logins, and basic gameplay guidance.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all guests.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collect customer feedback and share suggestions for improvement.
Billing & Sales
- Manage customer bookings, billing, and payment transactions (Cash & UPI).
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and cash reconciliation.
- Promote gaming packages, memberships, tournaments, and special offers.
- Encourage customers to extend playtime and explore additional gaming experiences.
Inventory & Administration
- Monitor stock levels of beverages and other consumables.
- Maintain inventory records and inform management about replenishment requirements.
- Ensure vendor bills and operational documents are submitted on time.
- Support daily operational reporting and record keeping.
Facility Maintenance
- Ensure gaming stations and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor equipment condition and report any damages immediately.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
Marketing & Events Support
- Encourage customers to leave Google reviews.
- Capture photos and videos for social media content.
- Inform customers about upcoming tournaments, events, and promotions.
- Assist in the execution of gaming events and community activities.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, gaming centres, entertainment venues.
- Passion for gaming and technology.
- Basic knowledge of PC, console, and online gaming platforms.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with gaming platforms such as Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, and VR systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for gaming hardware and software.
- Experience handling cash, billing, and POS systems.
- Languages Mandatory - English / Hindi / Telugu
