We are looking for passionate healthcare professionals who can build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, hospitals, and healthcare partners while ensuring a seamless patient experience on the OneMi platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Drive patient onboarding, engagement, and retention on the OneMi platform.
● Visit assigned hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, and partner institutions regularly.
● Identify and engage eligible patients across chronic disease segments, including oncology, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, and other long-term health conditions.
● Educate patients and caregivers about OneMi's healthcare services, digital tools, and patient support programs.
● Assist patients with registration, onboarding, and utilization of platform features and healthcare resources.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, counselors, healthcare administrators, and other key stakeholders.
● Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure timely patient support and issue resolution.
● Conduct patient awareness sessions, healthcare education programs, and engagement activities.
● Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, follow-ups, and engagement metrics.
● Gather patient feedback, market insights, and healthcare ecosystem intelligence for continuous service improvement.
● Ensure timely reporting, compliance with operational processes, and data accuracy.
Qualifications
● Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
● Preferred 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient support programs, hospitals, clinics, health-tech companies, or disease management programs.
● Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic centers, or patient engagement initiatives will be an advantage.
● Strong understanding of patient care, healthcare delivery systems, and chronic disease management.
● Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to engage empathetically with patients and caregivers.
● Comfortable using mobile applications, digital healthcare platforms, and reporting tools.
● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
● Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
