Position Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to join us as Customer Acquisition Executives. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in customer acquisition, sales, and marketing. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating first-level outreach, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through online research, LinkedIn, emails, calls, and social media platforms
- Execute customer acquisition activities via email, LinkedIn, and outbound calling
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and hand them over to the sales team
- Maintain and update customer and lead data accurately in CRM tools
- Support customer acquisition campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and conversions
- Track daily outreach and acquisition activities and prepare reports
- Learn and follow company-defined customer acquisition processes

Education & Experience
- Any bachelor’s degree
- 0–1 year of experience in Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Marketing (Freshers welcome)
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn CRM tools and customer acquisition platforms
- Self-motivated with a positive, target-oriented mindset
