Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR Operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate HR processes, and strong compliance. The role focuses on improving employee experience through efficient HR systems and process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & HR Data Management
- Payroll inputs and monthly salary coordination with Finance/Payroll team
- HRMS maintenance, updates, and ensuring data accuracy across systems
- Employee data management and maintaining record accuracy
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Managing employee confirmation process and documentation
- Issuance of employee letters (Experience Letter, Salary Certificate, etc.)
- Employee insurance enrollment and renewals
3. Performance Management
- Performance review coordination across departments
- Managing performance appraisal cycle end-to-end
- Conducting appraisal discussions and feedback sessions with employees and managers
4. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Maintaining compliance documentation and supporting internal/external audits
- Ensuring adherence to HR policies and process guidelines
- Supporting statutory and organizational compliance requirements
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- HR policy communication and employee awareness
- Handling employee grievances and resolving HR-related concerns
- Supporting and coordinating employee engagement activities
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
