To supervise the day-to-day workshop operations by ensuring timely allocation of work, monitoring technician productivity, maintaining repair quality, ensuring adherence to Maruti Suzuki service standards, and delivering superior customer satisfaction while achieving workshop productivity and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate job cards to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress to ensure promised delivery timelines are met.
- Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery to minimize repeat repairs.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding repair status and customer commitments.
- Ensure availability of spare parts by coordinating with the Parts Department.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
- Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain workshop discipline, housekeeping (5S), and safety standards.
- Support technicians in diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Monitor warranty repair procedures and documentation.
- Handle customer escalations related to workshop operations whenever required.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide technical guidance to technicians.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Prepare and submit daily operational and productivity reports.
- Support implementation of service campaigns, recalls, and quality initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
