Hiring: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Fafadih, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Position: Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity estimation, billing, subcontractor management, and project cost control, preferably in government construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quantity take-off and estimation from drawings.
- Preparation and verification of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Contractor and subcontractor billing.
- Preparation of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Cost estimation and project budget monitoring.
- Material reconciliation and quantity tracking.
- Coordination with site engineers and project teams.
- Maintaining project billing and measurement records.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing.
- Experience in Government Projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing procedures.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
